- The applicant should be an unemployed person.
- The applicant's age should be between 18-30 years.
- The applicant's total family income of parents should not exceed ₹ 1,50,000/- per annum.
- The applicants should have a minimum of two years of registration in the Special Employment Exchange in the U.

- The applicants should have been residing in U.
- T. Chandigarh for at least three years immediately before the submission.

RegistrationStep-1: Applicant have to visit the "Services
Plus" website.
Step-2: Click on "Register" on the homepage.
Step-3: Fill out the registration form with your - Full Name - Email id - Mobile number - Password - Select State - Enter Captcha
Step-4: Review the details to ensure accuracy, and then submit the registration.
Step-5: After that OTP will sent to your mobile or gmail then click Verify after entering the OTP. Step-6: Now you are successful in registration, you may receive a confirmation message on the website or via email, confirming that your registration was successful.
