About
Special Ability Relief Allowance of Rs. 700 per month is being given to those special abled persons who are having at least 40 percent of special ability and whose annual income does not exceed `35,000 per year, to above 70 percent special abled persons is being provided Rs.1,250 per month without any income criteria subject to the condition that applicant should not be in Government Service/Semi-Government Service/ Board/ Corporation and should not be in possession of any kind of pension.
Under this scheme, eligible beneficiaries receive financial assistance from the government. The aim of the scheme is to provide financial support to persons with disabilities to enable them to lead a life of dignity and self-reliance.
